Registration Instructions for Degree Distribution Ceremony at UE Campuses/Divisions

  1. Registration is started for Degree distribution ceremony at all the Campuses/Divisions of the University of Education, Lahore. For detail please contact your respective campus.
  2. Registration Fee: Rs.1500/- (per graduate) Guest fee: Rs.1000/- (parents/Guardians only)

  3. Students are allowed to bring ONLY 01 (ONE) family member(Parents/Guardian) with them (after payment of the prescribed registration Fee) where the guest is allowed by the Campus/Division.
  4. Click on the provided link, register yourself and download the challan form
  5. Fee can bedeposited at any branch of the Bank of Punjab or you can pay your challan using 1-Biller using following procedure:
    1. Add 267200224 before the University Challan Number, for example if the University challan number is 2100667, then by adding the prefix the new challan will be 2672002242100667
    2. For EasyPaisa/JazzCash payment app search 1 Bill Invoice/Voucher and add full challan number with prefix and make the payment
    3. For Banking payment apps, please follow the steps given below
      1. Go to Bill Payment
      2. Click add new billert
      3. Select 1 Biller from the Biller and Select Invoice or Voucher from payment mode and enter the challan number with prefix and add the biller
      4. Make the payment by selecting the newly added bill, in case your app asks to enter the amount please enter full challan amount and then make the payment
  6. Prohibited items such as Hands Bags / Ladies' Purses/ Cameras/mobile phones / Other Electronic Devices/ weapons etc. Shall not be allowed in Convocation Venue.
  7. The students will receive the gowns on rent after depositing the security from the Campus (details will be uploaded soon).
  8. No one will be allowed to attend the convocation without the copy of the paid registration fees and CNIC (Both student and guest, if guest is also coming with the student).
  9. Infants and children are not allowed in the convocation venue.

Note: Please fill out the registration form carefully after generating the challan form, any amendments in particulars will not be entertained.
